These are the 10 inch dinner plates in Heinrich's Regent pattern. They were made in the US Zone, so we know they are post war. I believe this pattern was made until just into the 50s..the shape of the service pieces are very much of that time period. This pattern is very pretty. The well is white paste, the ground of the band is softer cream, with spray of flowers cascading down. Gold bans are on the outside rim and again to separate the well.
