Vintage Simplicity Womans Dress Pattern

This vintage pattern was made by Simplicity and is number 1284. The envelope reads, "Misses' and Women's jumper, skirt and blouse in half sizes: Trim wardrobe of separates features a blouse which may have three quarter sleeves gathered to buttoned bands or short sleeves with cuffs. V neckline is accented with a pointed collar, Jumpers, view 1, is styled with a flared six gore skirt and patch pockets. View 2 skirt is like jumper skirt". The pattern itself is complete but without the instructions. This is for a size 24 1/2 with a bust size of 43. The envelope has a tear on the top right corner.
