3-Dimensional Die Cut Valentine

This fancy Valentines Day card features a floral background with a pictorial scene in the background. In front of the full colored back is a die-cut "doily" of white irises and grasses. There is a little boy standing on a heart and a basket of tulips on top of the white flowers. The white piece extends in front of the card with hinges making the card three dimensional.

Inside the card has a Cupid holding a heart in each hand. It reads, " If they gather all the sunbeams from the brightest day in June; Mingle Marigold and Lilies in the sweetest of their bloom, Add to these the reddest Roses, and the Gentian's deepest hue; Then they'd have a half-way ides of the winsome face o'you."

It's inscribed to "Mary" from "Boops".

The card measures approximately 6" x 8" and is marked "Whitney Made Worcester Mass." and is in good vintage with a crease on the front at the boy's feet and a little paper lifting on the heart (see photos) condition.
