"Bedtime Stories" was illustrated by Mary Ellsworth and copyrighted 1941 by the Saalfield Publishing Company. The full color pages of this book are exceptional! Stories include "Rumpelstiltzkin", "Puss in Boots" and "The Owl and the Pussy Cat". Each story has bright full color illustrations as well as some black and white ones. The book is oversized and is in very good vintage condition. It has paste down illustrated board covers with a blue cloth spine. There is some bumping at the corners as well as some wear at the edges. The inside pages are clean with one page having a tear at the bottom. The binding is tight. This fantastic book is a real treasure!
