"America's Greatest Movie Magazine Modern Magazine" was edited by Charles D. Saxon. This January 1953 edition features Ava Gardner on the front cover. Articles include: "Love Comes to Marlon Brando", "Living With Lucy" and "24 Days of Davis" (Bette Davis) to name a few. There are some wonderful full color photographs as well as many black and white photos. In "The Inside Story" question and answer section a writer asks "Is it true that Marilyn Monroe wears nothing underneath?" and reply is "Most of the time it's true"!
This vintage magazine is in good condition with an owner's name written on the front cover (see photo) and a crease at the bottom right corners. There is a small tear at the top of the spine that only effects the cover. The inside pages are minimally yellowed and the binding it tight.
