Honeycomb ~ OM ~ Lampwork Bead, Amethyst, Russian Charoite, Spessartite Garnet Necklace

.... presented for your consideration is my “Honeycomb” necklace. This necklace matches a bracelet and earrings that I have listed in my shop separately. It features a gorgeous lampwork bead handcrafted by Blue Healer Studio. This bead has an amber colored base with shades of mandarin orange, purple and lavender..... just beautiful. It measures 19 x 22mm or 3/4" x 7/8 inch in size. The gemstones I have used to compliment the focal bead are: 3mm faceted amethyst rounds, 3.5mm faceted spessartite garnet roundels and finally, 6 x 9mm smooth Russian charoite roundels. I love the combination of the amber color with the purple, which by the way are fresh new colors for fall/winter 2009. The bead caps, beads and the headpin are gold vermeil (22k gold over sterling silver). The balance of the metal used in this necklace is 14k gold filled. The necklace adjusts from 17 ½ to 19 inches. The bust I use to display my jewelry is not to scale, so the pieces may appear larger or longer than their actual size. Please refer to the measurements, above.
