Ansonia Crystal Regulator Mantle Clock

Awesome, Ansonia spelter and crystal regulator clock featuring, on the casing, embossed bouquets of roses, swirls and plumbs giving it its stunning, French appearance. It has sheer, beveled glass panels on the front, back and sides with the front and back panels hinged so they can be opened and closed. The front has a porcelain dial with an open escapement and printed across the bottom of the face is, "Manufactured by the Ansonia Clock Co., New York, United States of America." The brass and glass pendulum has the simulated double mercury vials and on the back of the movement is "Ansonia Clock Co, New York." Also, engraved on the back is the date, 3/4/16 and the initials G. C. It stands, from the top of its ornate finial to its footed base, 16 inches; is 6 inches wide and measures 4.5 inches deep. It would look stunning surrounded by your Limoges collection.

The case and clock are in excellent condition with only some scratching on the interior brass plate and possibly a tiny decoration over the number twelve missing.

It does keep perfect time and chimes at every half hour.
