Large Vintage Brooch Hand Painted with Pink Tea Roses

Gorgeous porcelain brooch, meticulously hand painted with Limoges style, pink roses nestled in lush greenery and elegantly framed with a gold border accented with raised paste scrolls and petite, powder blue, enamel "jewels." Reversed is a brass prong-set backing, with T-bar and C-clasp. It measures an impressive 2 inches by 1.5 inch and with the exception of gold wear expected with age and some desired patina on the baby blue gems, this hand painted beauty is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or paint flakes.
