Here's a lovely vintage 1940s sterling silver puffy heart charm depicting either wedding or Christmas bells tied with a ribbon. The heart has an asymmetrical border composed of tiny beads and flourishes. It appears the previous owner attempted to clean the charm at some time as the patina is a bit uneven. The heart is engraved with the name Dottie on the reverse.
