Here is a sophisticated sterling silver stickpin, beautiful in its graceful simplicity of design. Its topper is reminiscent of a slender blade of grass, both in its organic surface character and grooved form. It curves like an archery bow, up, over and down to the right of the pin stem. The metal has a gold wash. The stick pin is 4 inches long and bows out 1 inch. The topper is 1/8 inch at its widest. The back is marked "STERLING" and also has a designer's signature that is difficult to decipher. This fascinating item is in very nice condition with some tarnish.
