I respond to all orders within 24 hours. Most items will be sent within 48 hours of payment with the exception of items purchased via personal or business check. Those will be promptly shipped upon clearance of check. I try my best to describe all flaws but please keep in mind that these are antique or vintage items and therefore, not pristine. Any item may be returned if I am contacted of intent within 3 business days. LAY AWAY TERMS: 25% down upon purchase with balance due in 90-120 days. In case of Lay Away default, payments are not refunded, but a store credit is given equal to the payments made. Store credit is not transferable. I am sorry but because of international scams, I will not accept personal checks at all from overseas; Paypal only please.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. I prefer using the US postal service. All items must have insurance added, with the exception of some of the doll clothing.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
All Texas residents must pay an additional 8.25% sales tax when making a purchase.
