From 1915 comes "Miss Dolly" a wooden doll of 21". She is so poseable and that is one of the great attractions about these dolls--they can do a lot without the benefit of a doll stand. This example wears her original owner made dress of blue-dotted Swiss. The pinafore has been added but is of cream dotted Swiss. She wears her original undies (not Schoenhut) and what looks like an original slip. Her shoes and socks are vintage replacements. Her wig is human hair and what the original owner said was on her. Her decal eyes are nice but her eyebrows are very faint. Lips are good and eyelashes are there.There is no repaint that I can tell on either her face or her body. Joints are nice and tight. She also wears a replacement Schoenhut pin.
