When I bought this small cupboard, I was told it was German in origin. I suspect, though that may be true, that it was Daddy-made as there is not a manufacturing stamp and the Germans were pretty good about marking their products. It is still adorable and looks really cute when it is filled at Thanksgiving and displayed with little "food" and dish items and small dolls. It is all wood and is missing a drawer pull. I wonder if it ever had a top but other than one wayward nail hole, I don't see any evidence of one. It is 9.5"H and 7.5 " w. Both drawers work. The carving at the bottom is cute. I have to admit, these little doll furniture pieces really get me going almost as much as the dolls themselves.
