This sweet Patsy comes with a little jacket dress and bloomers that I feel are original, though unmarked. The doll is in very nice condition and wears original socks and oilcloth shoes. Her composition has very little crazing with only one spot that is not great. On the middle of her front hairline is a round area that is not perfect. It is not lifting or chipping, though. Her paint is fresh and new looking and even the blush on her knees is bright. She wears a vintage ribbon in her hair.
