This is a PM 914 doll with a toddler type body that is wearing a very pretty antique christening gown with lots of pintucks and lace. The dress is very long, too. She also wears an old baby bonnet on her brown mohair-wigged head. Her bisque is good and her blue eyes are set in a "flirty" position. Her body is in nice shape with original finish. Her open mouth has a molded "tongue". Her head circumference is 12 and a half inches. She wears booties and a diaper along with an underslip. Her neck is marked PM 914 on the neck. This is an example of a doll from the German firm of Porzellan Mengersgerueth. As an option, you can ask for the blonde mohair wig instead (both wigs in about the same condition).
