Presenting to you this elegant high end quality 14kt. Gold Brooch, Made by Tivol Jewels of Kansas City. Tivol Jewels was founded by Charles Tivol who opened a jewelry store in 1910 in down town Kansas City. During his early years he set a timeless standard for superb workmanship and enduring style. Most important, he handed down his unrelenting passion of quality to his son Harold. Harold studied at the Gemological Institute of America in Los Angeles and entered the business in 1946. Harold has gone on to earn innumerable awards and recognitions in the jewelry industry. In 1886 he was the first single store owner to be named to the National Jewelers Hall of Fame. This beautiful 14kt. gold culture pearl brooch in in excellent condition and the workmanship speaks for itself. The 14 Kt. mark, has the "T" signature for Tivol Jewels. Measures 1 1/2 inches long by 7/8 wide and the culture pearl is 6mm. It sits on its original box. This fine and elegant timeless piece circa pre-1960. Lay-away is available for this item.
