Egyptian Theme 3 Dimensional Plaque

Featuring a magnificent example of relief work on metal. The amount of detail on this piece is outstanding. The realism on all of the landscape with the 3 dimensional camel and man figure are a real works of art. The scene develops in Egypt, clearly expressed by the camel, the figure clothes style,the palm trees in relief as well and the pyramids on the horizon. The man figure is holding a sharp spear. This plaque was purchased in Europe over 35 years ago in an antique shop. There is another one that is also for sale . The metal used is solid silver with a prayed finish. There are no marks on this plaque with gold brushed wood frames. This plaque measure 11 3/4 inches wide by 16 3/4 inches tall. The frame is 18" wide by 22 3/4" tall. The condition is excellent.
