Gorgeous Limoges, Belleek, Austrian, and other Fine Hand Painted Antique Porcelain ~ Layaway is always Available
This is just an Exquisite "One-of-a-Kind" Limoges Tea Set hand painted with Stunning PINK and BURGUNDY ROSES ~ nestled in wonderful multi-colored foliage on a deep rich background. The Artist has truly captured these wonderful Roses in full bloom in a gorgeous garden bouquet, china painted in the naturalistic floral art style which was taught by the great old masters of American porcelain artistry around the Turn-of-the-Century. A truly remarkable set to add to your collection.
The twisted bamboo vine shaped split handles and attractive finial's are just fabulous decorated in beautiful roman gold and dark green accents. The roman gold inside the pouring spout adds to the overall graceful beauty. Each piece is in Excellent Condition ~ I do note for accuracy just the slightest dot of paint loss to the handle on creamer. There are no chips, cracks, hairlines, surface scratches, paint or gold loss.
The teapot stands 5" tall and measures 9 1/2" from the spout to the handle. The creamer measures 4 1/4" tall and measures 5 1/2" handle to spout. Both teapot and creamer are marked underneath with the Jean Pouyat, Mark 5, underglaze whiteware mark in green with France, circa 1891 - 1932. Each piece is Artist signed and dated. The sugar bowl measures 4 1/2" tall and measures 5 1/2" from handle to handle. It is signed by the artist and dated but not marked. Please email me if you have any questions or would like for me to email you additional photos. Thank you so very much for viewing my “pretties”. Please excuse the white spots caused by the overhead lighting.
