This is just an Outstanding Beauty ~ This Truly Elegant Victorian 100 year old Beauty has been gracefully decorated with Gorgeous hand painted PINK ~ YELLOW ~ and BURGUNDY Large TEA ROSES ~ completely and expertly hand painted by a superbly talented late 19th Century American Victorian Period china painter. Hand painted in the naturalistic art style, the artist has truly captured these wonderful roses in full bloom which gracefully drape around the entire vase. This hand painted design suits this vase perfectly. Gorgeous background shades of soft pale blues, pinks, lavenders, yellows, and greens which deepen into darker shades of amber, and browns near the base ~ almost every color of the rainbow ~ which beautifully enhance the wonderful lush greenery and branches. The RARE ORNATE FLUTED SCALLOPED RIM is Simply Breathtaking ~ Beautifully decorated in heavy Roman Coin goldwork along the top edge.

This wonderful piece of artwork measures 10 3/4" tall, the mouth measures 5" across. This Beauty is in Excellent to Mint Condition. I find no chips, cracks, hairlines, paint loss, gold loss, scratches, or repairs. Marked underneath with the P.H. Leonard Austrian Importer's hallmark used between 1890 and 1908.
