Estate Piece: 1900 Antique Locket with stamped Bust and flowers in relief

Circa 1900 Antique Locket with stamped Bust and flowers in relief plus two blue stones and small seed pearls or pearl like, at the neck of the bust. I believe this is called gold Filled or tone and is missing a small seed pearl at the far left. I never could find the mark until I photographed it, So the mark does show in the picture. The size is 1 1/2 inches diameter and has two old photos inside.

I did some research Vintage Victorian W&SB Gold Fill Locket Pendant, and found the factory.

Started by 2 brothers in 1865, W. & S. Blackinton Co. was originally a manufacturer of gold jewelry in Meriden, CT. After being purchased by the Ellmore Silver Co. in the 1930's, they started manufacturing a line of silver-plated hollowware.

Its a very Lovely old piece.
