What a find for any serious Shirley Temple Collector! This fabulous piece came to us from an Estate Collection in Pensacola Florida. Although this Shirley Temple is 8" tall it still possess all of the well known Shirley characteristics: side glancing eyes, A huge head of curls, as you know the Japanese were not licensed for this doll. She is painted bisque and no chips or breaks and lovely deep pink color and marked Japan on her foot and on her back s1223. She seems to be whistling. You will be pleased with this doll she is in great condition. This woman had an extensive collection of vintage dolls so keep watching!
