I do my best to describe all items accurately, and I consider my photographs to be an integral part of the descriptions. Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
I ship most small boxes USPS Priority. Larger boxes may need to ship UPS, DHL or FedEx. In some cases, professional packing may be necessary, and buyer agrees to pay this cost. Some items ship FREE within the continental United States. Insurance is required.

I currently provide FREE 'White Glove' shipping for most large furniture items within the Continental United States only. I can suggest shippers or provide a shipping quote for Alaska, Hawaii, and many other destinations worldwide. Please inquire.

My showroom and storage are located in Verbank, NY, in the heart of the Mid Hudson Valley Region, an hour and a half north of NYC... a beautiful drive in the country. Convenient also to the Boston, Philadelphia, and Albany areas. Items are available for personal pick-up by appointment. Drop me a line, or give me a call.

Restocking Fee:
If an item(s) ships for free, there is a restocking fee equal to my shipping/packing/handling/insurance costs, including any other non-recoverable costs associated with a returned purchase.

If you have paid for shipping, there is no restocking fee. However, shipping/packing/handling/insurance and other associated costs are non-refundable, as are any other non-recoverable costs associated with a returned purchase.

Other Information:
Orders shipped to New York State, or picked up from me in NY, will be assessed 8.125% sales tax. If the item(s) are being purchased for resale, you must provide a Resale Certificate (hard copy) completed with your valid NYS Tax Exempt Number and declaration of intention to resell the item being purchased. No exceptions.

All payments must be in USD and clear before shipment.

In addition to Money Orders, Personal Checks, Business Checks, and Paypal, I will accept Certified Checks and Bank Drafts.

Buyer is responsible for any and all Bank Charges assessed by my Bank should their payment not clear.

Payment is expected within ten days.
