Many liquor displays are made of plastic, but not this beauty. Made of glass, just like the 'real thing' down to the wire-wrapped, metal-clad cork. But alas, it never had any contents.
Condition is very nice, with appropriate wear, a nick to the edge of a label here and there, but really nothing to write home about. Please look at the pictures. This baby stands a full 24" tall, with the bottom having an approximate diameter of 6 1/2". I show it next to a common wine bottle to give you an idea its scale. The bottom of this massive bottle has molded into it, "MATHUSALEM L 6 VO" with the V and O being superimposed on each other; this is the size of the bottle, a "Mathusalem", which is equal to eight standard bottles, and called an "Imperial" for wines other than Champagne and Burgundy.
A perfect piece for the home bar. Wouldn't it be just great as a tall accent on a sideboard with a seasonal display piled around? Have some fun!
