What a fantastic object. Originally used by a florist to create and shape a floral arrangement, it remains a sensationally graphic and sculptural wire form, displaying the traditional Masonic symbols of crossed hammer and ax.

Quite literally a skeleton of its former self, this fabulous wire work has transcended its humble and functional origins to become a piece of sculpture.

Condition is great with no problems to report. This piece measures approximately 20" x 20" x 5", and stands on its own. Late 19th C or early 20th C.

These old florist's pieces have become very collectible and are highly sought by designers, artists, and collectors of wire ware. This piece will display with great style and graphic impact just about anywhere you choose. Everyone will want to know where you managed to find it.
