From wonderful to downright weird - FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING & INSURANCE on most items - What you see is what you pay!
Simple in design, with finely beaded perimeters, they are linked for safety by a slender golden chain, and housed in their original leather box. This refined set of studs would complement anything... if you're going formal, this is certainly the way to go.
Condition is great, with no problems to report. Each button is marked "14", and the faces measure ¼" in diameter. The original fitted leather box is marked "Benedict Bro's 171 B'dway, N.Y." Early 20th C.
I like to think these babies saw some action during the 'Night Club Era' of the 20's and 30's... maybe even spent some time at the Algonquin Round Table, and took in a Broadway show or two down the street at the Belasco. Go ahead, put them on... live the dream.
