Our Service Pledge To You:
We want to see return customers in our shop and we think the quality of service and merchandise we offer will insure that relationship.
We usually ship within 2 business days after payment has been received. If there is going to be a delay in shipping, we will notify the buyer before the transaction is completed.
Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
With the continual Postal increases we are trying hard to keep your shipping costs down. We will use USPS 1st Class whenever possible. We will gladly upgrade to Priority if you prefer that method at the going rate. We will probably recommend FedEx Ground for larger, bulky items.
Buyer pays shipping as stated in each listing. All packages will be sent with tracking/confirmation.
Insurance will be added on all purchases over $25.00. Under $25.00 is optional and should be requested at the time of the sale. We do our best to package your purchase well but suggest you insure it against loss or other unforeseen misfortune.
Restocking Fee:
We charge a 15% restocking fee on all items returned.
Other Information:
We do accept credit card purchases directly through our shop besides taking credit cards through Pay Pal. If you're not using PayPal you can call us or email your information.....whichever you feel most comfortable with.
BANK WIRE: Wire Transfers will be accepted on purchase orders of $200.00 or more with no additional fees. Wire Transfers under $200.00 will be charged a $10.00 bank processing fee.
