Vintage Gura Celluloid Doll with Original Bavarian Outfit

This old celluloid doll, I believe, was made in Germany and bears the its original foiled paper hang tag that reads; Gura. He has a sweet face with painted features and molded hair. He is dressed in traditional attire typical of Bavarian children. The lederhosen appear to be made of leather and the felt jacket is beautifully made. The suspenders are made of a thin detailed plastic. The hat is molded felt and glue on. The shoes and socks are painted but the cuffs are knit and also glued on. The head appears to be celluloid and is stationary but the arms and legs are jointed and appear to be made of another type of plastic.

It measures about 9" high and is in very good, original condition with minimal wear and no damage.
