This large polished Bruneau jasper cabochon is set in a 14k yellow gold bezel with a loop at the top. It has the rich caramel colors found in jasper from the Bruneau Canyon of south central Idaho and was made by an Idaho artist in the 1970's.
The stone portion measures about 115/16" across and 7/8" in length. The total length with loop is about 1 1/8". There is a chip out of the stone on the back side which does not show on the front and was originally set with this flaw. It is not cracked.
The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
