Vintage French’s Mustard Jar with Original Lid

This old jar will likely bring back memories of bologna sandwiches on white bread. The well recognized French’s logo is on the paper label as well as the painted metal cap. This Pure Prepared Mustard - Cream Salad Brand from the R.T.French company was from a time when a list of ingredients wasn’t required. The bottom of the jar is embossed with the French’s logo and reads; Design Pat’d 8-16-38. The first picture is shown with yellow tissue paper inside for effect.

It measures about 4” tall and is in very nice condition with no damage to the jar. The paper label shows light wear with some stain spotting and a small tear.
