Vintage Celluloid Childs Bunny Purse

This old celluloid piece is a child’s purse. The reddish orange purse is shaped like a bunny rabbit with painted features. It is hinged at the bottom so the two halves open to reveal a little pouch perfect for coins to be kept in. At the top, between the ears, is a little cotton cord that acts as the handle. It has two celluloid pieces that slide and can adjust the strap to snug onto a little girls wrist.

The rabbit measure about 3” high by 2” wide and 5/8” thick. The overall length with the strap is about 6”. It is in very nice condition with minimal wear and no damage.
