Vintage Better Homes and Gardens Cookbooks - 3 Different Titles; Chicken, Meat & Salads

These old Better Homes and Gardens cookbooks were all published by the Meredith Press in the 1960's. The first is Favorite Ways with Chicken, Turkey, Duck and Game Birds from 1968 (Second Printing). It is the smaller of the books with only 90 pages. The second is the Salad Book - New Salad Ideas for Every Occasion from 1966 (Eighth Printing). It has; More than 350 recipes to please your family and friends, all on 160 pages. And the last is the Meat Cook Book from 1966 (Seventh Printing) It has; Over 400 meat recipes, how to buy, store, prepare and serve, all within 160 pages. The recipes are great with simply written instructions and there are many wonderful colorful pictures to tempt you. Each book has an index in the back for easy referencing.

All three books are in very good condition with minimal use wear. There appear to be no torn or missing pages. The spines are good. The covers are scuff worn especially along the edges and corners but are not badly damaged. There is a tear to the front cover of the Meat book just above the slices of prime rib which is the white spot in the photo. The Chicken book measures about 7 3/4" by 10 1/4". The Salad and Meat books measure about 8 1/4" by 11".
