Vintage August Angel Porcelain Figure

This is an old birthday angel for those born in August. The cute angel is dressed in pale yellow and trimmed in gold. She has a sweet face with her eyes closed and slightly puckered lips as though preparing to kiss. She’s playing a musical instrument and has a golden halo on her head. On the bottom it has the original price of 39 cents and is stamped; Japan.

She measures about 4 1/8” tall and is in good condition with light wear. The yellow of her dress appears to be painted rather than glazed and is worn in areas.
