Vintage Wrestling Sports Medal with Original Ribbon

This is a beautifully detailed old medal with two wrestlers in a hold on the front. It is made of a metal which is probably a brass alloy or bronze. On the back is a laurel sprig and at the bottom it has a logo presumably of the company which made it. It is difficult to make out but appears to read; CL MED. It is also inscribed 112 on the back. It comes attached to its original red, white and blue ribbon with a pin on the back.

It's a small piece measuring about 13/16" in diameter and is in very nice condition with minimal wear to the medal or the ribbon.
