Dolls:Stuffed Animals:Teddy Bears
This sweet old teddy bear is probably from the 1930’s or 40's. It looks like it’s made of a soft, sandy gold mohair with cream colored linen pads. It has a shorn snout with stitched nose and mouth and plastic eyes. It is stuffed with excelsior and his head, arms and legs are all jointed. There appears to be a cry box in the body that on occasion makes noise when turned on its belly and stroked on the back.
