This is an old button hole attachment for the Sears Roebuck & Co. Kenmore Sewing Machine. The body is made of a painted metal with a bakelite knob on the top. It also has a name tag on it which identifies it. It comes with a total of five cams, feed cover plate and anchor screw. It also comes with the original instruction booklet and box. This fun packet of old sewing needles has the same fun graphics on either side. A woman, sitting side saddle has her arms around a man who’s clutching his hat as the shoot through the sky on a rocket. It reads; Atomic - Contains 85 Assorted Needles and 1 Threaded - Gold Eye. This old tatting shuttle is made of celluloid with the look of tortoise shell. The early mottled plastic is not marked with a country of origin. Tatting shuttles were used for making delicate trims and piece goods. It measures about 2 ¾” in length and is comfortable in the hand. The tips have good tension.
