This colorful old cardboard box was once filled with 20 Juliet Chocolate Cherry Cordial Candies. They were made by Mrs. Franklin‘s Kitchen of Chicago. This is an old unopened package of Gardgum made by Private Brands of Knoxville, Tennessee. It's a chlorophyll gum said to; Guard Against Offensive Breath. The full five stick pack is wrapped in clear cellophane with a red strip for opening. The individual sticks are wrapped in foil with a paper sleeve over each one. The lid is very graphic with nursery rhyme characters on it. It appears to have Old King Cole, perhaps Little Bo-Peep and Tom Tom the Pipers Son as well as a court jester and a pig with a bow tie.
