A blue and white soup plate, 10.25 inches in diameter, marked on the reverse 'Italian Scenery' - see the extra pictures.

It has a slight chip in the glaze where the bowl joins the lip, which is visible in the scan. On the rim there are three visible kiln-marks (see scan), and under the rim the kiln marks are composed of three dots in a triangular formation. Slight chips to the footrim can be seen in the second picture. There is also slight wear to the glaze on the rim, which shows up as brown marks on the scan.
