Our Service Pledge To You:
We respond to all orders and questions within 24 hours or if vacation alert is up, within 24 hours of our return.

Once buyer confirms purchase, payment must be received within 7 days from order date or items will be put back for sale.

I am pleased to offer my customers the option of lay-away! If interested please read "Oak Leaf Antiques Lay-away Policy" outlined in "Other Information".

Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for shipping, handling and insurance. If it is unusually heavy, delicate or large you should E-MAIL me with your shipping zip-code and country for a quote because some items require special vendors (ex. furniture).

Items ship after payment has cleared.

Restocking Fee:
There is a 5% re-stocking fee.

Oak Leaf Antiques Return Policy:
I have an extended return policy over and above the standard Ruby Lane Policy. If you are not pleased with your Oak Leaf Antiques purchase for any reason, simply contact me by email, phone, or by filling out the Ruby Lane Return Form online within 6 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return.

The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent with the same careful packaging and you must insure it on the return trip.

Once it arrives in the condition it was sent, I will refund the purchase price plus reimburse the insurance cost on the return trip, less my 5% restocking fee.

This return policy does not apply to any custom orders or items purchased on lay-away.

Do not send any items damaged in shipping, as this will void the shipping insurance. For damaged items follow the Damaged Item Procedure.

Other Information:
The money orders I accept are "United States Postal Orders".

I also accept personal checks drawn on United States banks and they are subject to clearing before item will be shipped.

Texas residents will pay 8.25% sales tax unless completed and signed resale tax id form is sent to me. Form may be faxed and I will keep it on file for the calendar year.

Oak Leaf Antiques Lay-Away Policy:
I offer lay-away for up to three months. Simply request it when making agreement to purchase and I will convert the item to "Sale Pending". On lay-away requests, 1/3 will be due within 7 days and the remaining 2/3 of the total order may be split into three equal payments. Due dates for remainder would be 1 month after "Sale Pending" date, 2 months after "Sale Pending" date and 3 months after "Sale Pending" date.

Items will ship after all payments are received and cleared on time according to the time-frame listed above.
