Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Because I realize that every purchase is important to the buyer, I package every item securely and carefully. The method of packaging is included in each item's description. Jewelry, buttons and other small items are mailed in a box and/or in a bubble envelope. Paper items and flat linens are packaged in a plastic sleeve with a backing board, and mailed in a bubble envelope. Vintage clothing is carefully folded and boxed. Items are usually shipped by first class or priority mail; heavier book and paper items are sent by media mail.

The charge for US postage and packaging will be stated for each item, to be paid by the buyer. Postal insurance within the US is included in these charges if the purchase amount is $20.00 or more; insurance on items of less than $20.00 is an additional charge which may be declined by the buyer if this is not desired. The postage and insurance on multiple purchases will be combined.

Overseas packages will be shipped by International First Class mail if the purchase is less than $75.00 USD. A Registered Mail option (similar to postal insurance) is available at an additional fixed charge of $11.50, and may be declined if not desired. This amount is based on actual postal charges.

For any single item over $75.00, postage and insurance are free within the US, as is Priority Mail postage and insurance for international purchases.
