Some of the soups, such as Mock Turtle and Ox-Tail, are no longer available. There are black-and-white photos, also several full-page color photos, also a meal-planning guide.

The booklet is in very good condition. It measures 5-1/4 by 7-1/2 inches, and contains 48 pages.
