This lovely vintage bookmark may have been made to mark a page in a Bible, most likely in the late 1900s. The words “Hope and Trust” have been embroidered on perforated paper, which was then stitched to a silk ribbon in a lovely shade of blue.

The embroidery is in very good condition, although the ribbon has some damage – the straight-edge end is frayed and there are some soiled spots and label glue on the back. The bookmark measures 8 inches long by 1-5/8 inches wide.

This item will be packaged with a backing board and plastic sleeve in a bubble envelope, and shipped by first class mail, including postal insurance within the US. International postal insurance may be declined if not desired.
