SALE Hand-knit White Cotton Stockings, Vintage 1900s

My knitter friends and I were awed by the fine craftsmanship of these vintage stockings. They were hand-knit using a fine cotton yarn, requiring much time and patience. A slightly heavier yarn was used at the foot and ankles. My photos show both sides of this incredible pair of stockings.

There are a few places where holes were carefully mended, and also a few holes that were not mended. The stockings measure 20-1/2 inches from the top to the toe. They have been gently washed and come to you from our smoke-free, pet-free home.

These stockings will be protectively packaged and shipped by priority mail, with postal insurance included within the US. International postal insurance may be declined if not desired.
