Pretty Girls Illustration Signed Wall on Clever Postcard

The illustration (signed Wall) is of five pretty young women, each with a different hairstyle or hat. The text refers to Woman as a Volume of Tenderness and suggests “Get a Copy”. The thing I like best about this postcard is the teasing message on the back, which reads: “Why don’t you get a copy? Is it the ‘last chance’ or is it not.”

The card is soiled and browned but there are no creases or tears. It is postmarked 1913 (or 1918?), and mailed to a gentleman in Fullerton, California. The stamp is the 1-cent 1913 Panama-Pacific Commemorative Balboa stamp, Scott’s #397.

This card will be packaged in a rigid plastic sleeve and bubble envelope, and shipped by first class mail. Postal insurance may be declined if not desired.
