This was a very simple nightgown made for a little girl’s doll. It’s difficult to put a date on when this dress was made, but I believe it is earlier than 1925. It is made of white cotton fabric in a simple A-line construction, with a tiny bit of tatting at the sleeve edges. The neckline is gathered with a very narrow braided tape.

There are several light stains and age-browning, but no holes or other damage. The garment measures 16 inches from shoulder to hem, and 18 inches from sleeve edge to sleeve edge.

The doll garment has been washed and ironed, and comes to you from our smoke-free, pet-free home. It will be carefully folded, packaged with a backing board and plastic sleeve and shipped by first class mail in a bubble envelope. Postal insurance may be declined if not desired.
