This is the story of a young girl who gets her entire school to volunteer with the American Junior Red Cross to make things to send to wounded soldiers and school children in foreign lands. The class learns of the good work done by the Red Cross throughout the world.

The story was written by Genevieve Cross, with cute color and black-and-white illustrations by Ruth Ruhman. The book was copyrighted by Cross Publications in 1951 and distributed by Garden City Books.

The book measures 8-3/4 by 11-1/4 inches and contains 29 numbered pages. The hardcover boards are covered with glossy pictorial paper, with a red fabric spine. There is a penciled signature on the endpaper. The cover is rubbed and slightly worn at the edges, there are a few spots on the back cover, but overall condition is good with no tears, stains or creases.

This item will be carefully packaged and shipped by media mail. Postal insurance may be declined if not desired.
