This sheet music song is called “Alice in Wonderland”, written by Charlie Tobias, Jack Scholl and Murray Mencher. The cover shows an illustration of the Mad Hatter’s tea party, with Alice and the March Hare.

This sheet music was published in 1933 by Leo Feist, New York. It is in good condition with two corner creases, some tiny tears and a partial fold separation. It measures approximately 9-1/4 by 12 inches.
