This little book is a children’s story, called “The Right and Wrong Way”, featuring the Ardingly Lads. The book was published by the Congregational Publishing Soceity (sic) in Boston. The author is given by only the initials A. R. N.

There is no date but the black-and-white illustration at the front of the book and the style indicate the 1880s.

The book is in good condition overall, with some wear on the covers and spine. It has a dark red cloth hardcover binding printed in black. The sewn binding is tight, but the endpapers have some minor tears and stains. The pages are in very good condition, although somewhat browned with age. The book contains 198 numbered pages, and measures approximately 4-1/2 by 7 inches.
