This movie is significant as it marks the beginning of Universal's best known location-Colonial Street . The house sets shown in the movie were built on Stage 12. After the film had wrapped the sets were moved to the north perimeter of the backlot until they were relocated to their current Colonial Street in 1981, which is now known as Wisteria Lane.
It lists the actors including Myrna Loy, Don Ameche, Bobby Driscoll, Molly Lamont, John Gallaudet, Clara Blandick, Richard Gaines and Saran Padden. There are 193 pages and 7 black & white photographs showing scenes of the movie.
This charming movie memorabilia measures 8 1/2" tall, 5 1/2" wide & 1/2" thick. It has some wear on it's brown colored hard cover but is in very good condition overall with no problems inside.
