LALIQUE Signed-Nina Ricci L'Air du Temps Perfume Bottles-Single & Double Doves

This famous double dove L'Air du Temps Eau de Toilette perfume bottle comes with a bonus of the single dove bottle, both signed on the bottom in block letters LALIQUE with the name Nina Ricci. In 1948, Haute Couture House of Ricci introduced L'Air du Temps perfume and in 1951 they presented it in this ovoid shape clear glass sunburst bottle with the frosted glass flying/kissing doves above the stopper which was designed by Robert Ricci the son of Nina and his friend Marc Lalique.

The double dove bottle measures almost 4" top to bottom and approx 4.5" in wingspan which is hard to qualify due to the wonderful flowing design! The single dove bottle measures almost 3" top to bottom and has a wingspan of 1.5"

The double dove bottle is in near perfect condition. I felt a flea flick under one of the wing tips. The single dove bottle has a small chip under the beak and a flea flick on the bottle. Both stoppers are in perfect condition and are easily removable. Not bad for being decades old!

This mini collection will make a very special display on your dresser or vanity. The artistic quality of the frosted glass flying doves is a joy to experience.
