A rainbow of colors glows from this extremely special opaline glass perfume bottle that has FRANCE 0 45 stamped on the bottom. The fantastic feminine design looks like folds of material draping a figure. Depending on the light, this can radiate brilliant blues to soft pinkish pastels with an underglow of golds and orange. Simply amazing.

I have researched this piece and found others that are very similar, produced in the late 1800's in France where companies such as Sevres, Galle, Daum, Lalique and Baccarat were all famous for their firing processes. Also, there is an American company called Sabino that produced similar opalescent glass molded in many shapes and forms.

This pristine blown and molded bottle with matching stopper represents the french tradition of beauty and high quality. It measures 6.25" top to bottom and 2.5" at its base.
